Sent for a spa job

I sent a 4 dot 110 in about a month ago. I sent a letter with my requests and my name address and email, but forgot to send the return shipping $$. I haven't heard from anybody and i'm getting worried. This knife was given to me by a good friend, who had a funny story behind the knife, so I hope it's not lost. Anybody have any IDEAS :confused:

Don't worry. It's not going to evaporate. Don't forget that from here to Christmas there will be a big rush (read "overload of work") at the company. You'll either get the knife in the mail some morning or you'll get an e-mail.

You can always call the customer service department and get the status of the order, but it's most likely they are very busy with a lot of work on the boards these days.
 
Hang in there MB, you can always give them a call and ask if they got it and if you need to send any $$$ in for return mail.... ITE ... :D
 
mb if you sent in the 6.95 for the spa, it includes return shipping. 4-5 weeks would be pretty quick turnaround this time of year as wolfdog says.

ps you wont hear from anybody, it will just show up one day to your great delight:D
 
It will turn up in a couple more weeks.

Don't worry about postage, they cover that.

It's gonna be ok.

I wouldn't worry. The last one I sent took almost 7 weeks.
I thought it was taking a little long, so I called. They assured me it was there and in line. They were very nice and helpful, so you could always call. It may make you feel better
 
You can't go wrong with Bucks spa treatment ,i'm sure it'll be along anytime,They were fast getting mine done,good things take time remember.lol
 
I have sent 2 in for a Spa in the last year and 1 took 7 weeks and the last one I got back 2 weeks ago took a total of 5 weeks. So just relax Buck will take great care of you.
 
I went ahead and called the Buck co. and found out it was there and it was it the repair shop. They said it would be another two to three weeks before I see it. At least I know it is safe and will be back in my hands soon. Thank everybody for there comments and suggestions.

Glad you got some info Matt, but if you think I believe that you are at ease with it, you are mistaken:D
