I just wanted to find out from those who have sent their Sebenza's in to be resharpened. How long does it usually take to get it back, it's hard to live without it.

Thanks, Steve

They usually get those projects out pretty quick. I'd say one to two weeks depending on the whatever else they got going on at the time. A long time ago I made the mistake of sending in my only Sebenza. I can relate it wasn't an easy or pleasant experience. The work that CRK did was as usual exceptional and the wait wasn't all that long, but it seemed like a really long time to me. One thing I highly recommend is to have at least have 2 Sebenzas. It makes the waiting much easier. I know this option is not realistic for a lot of people but it worked great for me. It seems to me that when they shapen it it comes back sharper than the original edge. But anyway their work is so excellent and very reasonably priced that it makes me wonder why I spend so much time and money trying to learn to sharpen them myself. ;) :D :p

I sent my small sebbie in two days before Blade and I have been missing it ever since, Can't wait to her back.

It has been anywhere from one to two weeks, but I live on the West Coast.

I sent my small Sebbie to CRK a few months ago and was told that it would be returned to me seven days after they received it. True to their word my Sebbie came back to me seven days from the day USPS tracking showed that the Sebbie had been received by the good folks in Boise.

Tell your mates in the shipping dept. to send my new one off ASAP, OK?
:)

I only ordered it yesterday but already it seems like a week ...
