I sent you an email on the 19th about some possible work (your order tracker thingy was down) and I haven't heard from you. I'm impressed with your work and you're the only knife maker I've found who does Santoku knives in S30V. Considering your lead times, I need to know so it might be ready by Christmas, as this is hopefully going to be a Christmas present for my wife.

I am not making santoku knives at this time, Bro - sorry!

I do plan on having a kitchen knife set at some point...but not until next year at the soonest.
