Hi Guys

This is a custom version of my Sentinel boot dagger. This one comes with maroon linen Micarta scales, tapered tang and blade in RWL-34. The blade length is 125mm and 5mm thick at the ricasso, overall length is 243mm. No scale liners with this one as per customer instructions.
The Kydex sheath is lined with leather and fixed with Kydex rivets to allow for a more versatile carry system with the Teck-lok belt clip. The Kydex has only a slight catch on the knife to allow for a one handed draw and insertion of the knife, again as per customers spec's.

All comments and questions very welcome.

All the best

Steve

love daggers, and the profile of this one is sweet.
one thing that I would suggest in future efforts would be to have your plunges meet further into the blade and to not remove material from the blade's cross section where they meet. Preserve the thickness of the blade for 2/3 of its length, or so.
as it stands, the plungelines are stress riser that could lead to the blade breaking off at that point.
this knife kind of has a Lum look to it, and that is a very good thing.

I've learned so much on this forum in the last few months about different knives just by reading through comments. This forum has been a great place to spend time for me.

Lorien I get exactly what you're saying, similar to the 1st pattern FS blades that always had a small flat spot in front of the ricasso. I'll have to be more careful with the way the plunge lines come up to the centre of the blade, I really appreciate your advice.

Cheers

Steve
