SEO & S BARLOW KNIFE

I found a rusty pocket knife near a old homestead and wagon trail. It is a SEO & S BARLOW pocket knife. I can find very few pictures of this knife and zero information. Does anyone know anything on this knife?

RUSTY?? It is so crudded up it is very cool. Might not be able to clean it up * but that one is a keeper.
No information to offer but likely skyhorse has it right or very close.

I doubt it's possible to clean it up without ruining it, but you may get some advice over in the Traditional Knives Subforum. I'm sure folks would like to see it.
