Please tell me I am not alone here. I have many knives that I don't use or like that I just can't get rid of. I've been trying to save to get my grail (Small Carbon Fiber Sebenza) and I still can't bring myself to sell these knives. I have some sprint run tenacious that I just didn't like, along with others and still cant get rid of them lol. If I could bring myself to part with these I could probably get the grail. I just need the push. Am I a knife hoarder? Am I alone in this predicament?
 
You're not alone at all. I've had knives that I don't really carry much and don't really do anything with, but when it came to getting rid of them, it was just really hard to let them go.
I'm sure many other people here have been there as well.

You're not a knife hoarder, you just have some kind of attachment to them.
 
Thanks, Its weird you never use or carry a knife. Get it out to sell it and your like well maybe Ill hold on to this, and it goes back into the collection and sits there lol.
 
I am Jim, and I am a knife hoarder that can't let go..... too. I have the same problem. I just periodically go through them and get the guts up to get a few. It just takes time sometimes. You're one of many here.

The Sebenza is totally worth it. Great knife. I owned the exact one you want. Smooth, solid, beautiful, great little user, lightweight. One of the most beautiful and wonderful knives I've owned.

But, for example, I have a cheap H&K Ally that will never get carried. The thing is completely off center and has blade play(not one of H&K's best designs) and is at the very top of my "I don't like this knife" list. But for some reason, I can't help but keep it. I find myself fondling it and playing with it, even though it's definitely not a favorite lol.
