Well, I'm excited to attend and I've been thinking about my design and have come up with this one in black micarta with aluminum pins and a tube.

Comments and suggestions are appreciated!

Anyone else planning yet?

Easily, just remember we are doing a scandi style grind with a convex grind. Draw your grind line about 1/3rd of the way up the blade, it should look good!

You can stamp as many as you want. I don't do it because it's hard to keep them straight.

John, who all will be attending this one? Looking forward to seeing the finished knives that come out this time.

Excellent design and it'll be an easy one to perfect IMO. I only have 1 suggestion for you, that's to evenly space the pins out if your using 3. I would center the second pin. The rear lanyard tube will act as your 3rd pin.
Obviously if YOU like the way it looks then leave it alone! [emoji1303]

Thanks for the tip!

Hey John, any chance you will have an appropriately sized sheath available for purchase at the time of the workshop? If possible, please let me now how you would like to handle it.

Thanks.
