Sere 2000

Hi Guys,
I want to replace the washers on the sere 2000 for somthing tougher than the plastic ones it has. Is there somthing else I can buy? i want your info.........

Phosphorous-bronze would be my choice. Look about 2/3's the way down the page:

well I guess it's because of teflon washers S2K action is so smooth... I'm not sure if you would get the same smoothness with bronze washers

It's been my observation that the phospher bronze washers are not as slick as the teflon to begin with. Over time though they seem to get smoother. I like pb washers because I set my pivot tight and that will sometimes cause a tear in the teflon washers.
