Serial Number, and what I call year of birth number.

I have (2) Magnificant Sevens and wonder if there is rhyme or reason to the serial numbers, and if there is some coding in the FOUR DIGET NUMBERS and Year of BIRTH DATE?

From what I gather it's pretty standard with Emersons, and also with ZT as well. Serial number dictates the production number (i.e., #514 out of X) and the year just dictates the year it was produced.
