Serial number on ZT knives

Hello!

Is the serial number on the ZT knives the overall number of those knives made or just the one of the month it was made? Because I have a December 2007 made ZT-500 and its serial number is just below 200 :eek: I can't believe that only 200 of those great knives were made!

The serial numbers are sequential, so yes the # on each blade represents the overall production. I don't believe we have hit 500 pieces produced on MUDD to date.
 
Wow, unbelievable that only such a low number of those knives was made.
How many of the ZT-300 and ZT-200 were made until today and when was the first one of them produced? I would like to get an overview of how many knives are being produced per month if possible.
 
I have Jul 07 0787 for my 0200, Oct 07 0786 for my 0302 and Dec 07 0355 for my 0500.

And I just want to say Thomas I love these ZT's. I dont know what it is about them but they are fantastic. I can't wait to see what you guys come up with next!
