I used to love anything serial numbered or stamped limited edition. Today im not that into it any more. Question, do you think either add any value to an object or is it just a marketing ploy?

This is a topic more suited to Gadgets & Gear and this is were it's going.

yeah, i see this thread is getting lots of action in G&G. I think it would see more action out on RT23.

I have a lot of CRK Sebenzas with the #20 on them. It adds a personal value to me as it makes the knife more unique, but I doubt it adds to their monitary value. I like it when a company or maker numbers all of their pieces, like Kit Carson and Phil B. do.

I have been more than patient with you. You post in the wrong forum and I move it to the appropriate forum. I have done this more so with your threads than anyone elses. If you feel you have been treated unfairly you can make a complaint to Spark in the Service and Support Forum. I will be more than happy to defend my actions in there.

WTF? High horse? Don't give me a reason to move your threads. End of story.

You got that right: he's a moderator. That's his job: to move threads he feels are in the wrong place. Not to consult on it -- although we do, when we're not sure -- and not to apologize for having an authorized opinion.

We know what happens when we try to make everybody happy.

Chill out dude.

If you want to participate here, you've gotta play by the rules.

If you don't understand those rules, ask for clarification. And if you disagree with them, then take it up with Spark.

esav buddy, i think you got a little brown there on the tip of your nose. Ok , Ok guys ill play by the rules, so i can hang with the cool kids

Sorry I answered your question civilly, you are quite rude and deserve to be banned.

Esav is also a mod in Community. Basically it is good cop, bad cop. There is no brown nosing involved here. If anything you are the one who stirred the crap. I have been more than civil to you despite your failure to odibe by the rules set forth by the admins of this forum. We just enforce those rules. You would think that after moving your threads you would get the hint that they were posted in the wrong forum. I did not post a sticky at the top of Community for amusement. It is there for reference if you need to know where a topic should be posted. I can't get any clearer than I have been in that thread. If you failed to read it then you can not bitch and moan to the mods that your thread was moved.

You gotta be kidding. The thread is still visible in its original forum and now its visible in G & G, too. No action? No interest.

Goodbye, troll.

I used to collect first production runs, limited editions and prototypes. Never made huge money on most of them, they sold just like the unmarked models in the lot.

Oh, and goodbye Mongoose!!!!! Watch the traffic out there on Route 23...
