There seems to be some interest in this one, so I have decided to do a Serial Numbered Run of it.

The specs:

About 4 7/8" overall
1/8' thick O1 steel
Choice of 1/8" aluminum or brass pins

Deliveries will start in late February / early March

Options:

Tan canvas micarta +$5
Green canvas micarta +$5
Wood handles +$10 - $20

I'll take #3

Red liners, Brass pins.

(Chief, nice grab on #1)

For anybody on the fence. This is an awesome little blade and it fits the hand perfectly.

Can get #5 With blue liners and aluminum pins? Tell me where to send the funds.

I'm going to tell a story about the original knife. Back when I made it I was still using my charcoal forge. It was winter and I was heat treating it in the shop. My normal procedure was to open the sliding window in the shop and have my fan sucking out the smoke and fumes. Problem was the window was frozen shut, so I opened the small door behind me and had the fan blowing out there. With by back facing the door I didn't notice that the door had closed until I started getting groggy. So I can say this is the knife that almost stopped my knife making career, and my being alive.
Shows how stupid I can be.

Statistics from 2000 to 2010 reveal that asphyxiation from charcoal forge knife tempering operations are the 52,568,321th
most common forms of accidental deaths in America. You are lucky to have not become part of that statistic.

Kids, please be careful with open fires indoors!
and don't run with scissors!
