Serious issue with Lionsteel SR-1A

Alright guys, I need help. I have a Lionsteel SR-1A and have run into quite an issue. The steel tab on the framelock no longer will stay attached to the frame of the knife. The screws will either fall out or not seat at all correctly. When I try to screw them in, they just rotate but do not catch the frame. Now I basically have a $300 paperweight. I've tried to contact Lionsteel for help, but have gotten nothing. Anyone have any advice?
 
I recently contacted Lionsteel about a knife that I had. It took two days, but they did get back to me and the representative was very helpful. I hope that you get equally good sevice from them. Best of luck!
 
LionSteel was closed for Summer holidays for a couple of weeks until August 27th.
 
For sure it is consumed the fillet on aluminum. Send the knife to LionSteel you will be replaced.
