The postman rang the doorbell today, and when I answered he was standing there with a package from Worb, Switzerland requiring signature confirmation.

Now, you must understand that I have been waiting on this package for two weeks, so I was pretty excited when it arrived and spared no time opening it up.

Inside were my three new +B Splashed Alox Farmers, and I must say they are NICE!!! My pictures do not do them justice, but a friend of mine who is a writer/photographer will be taking some better pictures soon that I will share here on the forums.

Anyway, here they are......

Now, some notes about Roger(swissbianco) and the knives.

First and foremost I would like to thank Roger(swissbianco) for giving me the opportunity to purchase these fine knives as they were not easy to come by. As many of you here already know, Roger is a first class guy who stands by his word. My experience with him is that if he tells you something he means it and will do what he says. Thank You Roger!

As some of you will probably notice from the pictures, the Blue&Red Splashed Farmer doesn't have an engraving plate on the back scale. This is because the first five Splashed Farmers were made using Soldier scales and the Red&Blue knife is one of them, so needless to say it is VERY special to me and Rare to boot. Again I would like to thank Roger for not only allowing me to purchase three of these great knives, but for sending me one of the only five ever to be made Splashed Farmers without an engraving plate.

The pictures really don't show the beauty of these knives, you just have to see them in person to understand what I mean. They are very nice.

What has impressed me even more than the knives though have been my dealings with Roger(swissbianco), I would highly recommend to any of you who haven't already to get involved with what he is doing. He loves these knives as do all of us, and he is trying to bring us whatever we want in the way of custom SAKs from mild to wild. Let's support his efforts!

These are very cool pieces. Roger does outstanding work. He has recently started sending out updates on his activities in a form of a newsletter. If you are interested, e-mail him at (swissbianconews at hotmail dot com) and ask to be put on the mailing list.
