Gentlemen!

And ladies! I know we have a couple, and there's no need to be rude.

I'm in the mood for something different.

3.5 to 4 inch blade, A/O but bearings would be better.

Tanto, kwaiken, or partial dagger grind. No serrations, and a $200 ceiling, if you please.

Please, none of the "if you're willing to go a little bit higher...." replies. It's hard to imply tone of voice across the Internet, so I mean this with all kindness, but if I wanted to go to $205, or $210, I would put my ceiling at $210.....

Two hundred dollars, or less. Thanks.

Buck Marksman. Ball bearings and strong lockup, G10 scales with S35vn steel. A little tricky with the mechanism but once you master it you'll like it. And well within your budget.

The Boker Kwaikens are kinda nice. For 200 I'm pretty sure you can get the top of the line model.

I thiiiiink that's a G&G Hawk design. I would've snatched one up but I kinda dislike aluminum handles. They always feel cold or something. I don't know. I'm picky.

You actually described a Boker Kwaiken.
If you want something a little slimmer, check out the Boker Urban Trapper.

Both under budget that are flippers on bearings, various scales are available, and likely some anodized versions too.

They sell a special edition in G10. The Marksman is a nice design, not small or thin though, if that's what you like. It's a full size blade.

I have a Ken Onion CRKT Eros in Ti. At 3" blade it's a little small for you. It's thin and light, sharp point, takes and holds a good edge, specialty steel...I like it. Per legend, it's the only knife Ken's mom took from him and kept :)

Have you ever heard of WE Knife company?
You might be interested in the WE 706 series, like this one:

Two-tone 4" tanto blade, milled G10 handle, bearing flipper, anodized backspacer and sculpted pocket clip.
The quality will be head and shoulders above the Boker and Buck recommendations. Can be found for right around $100.
I have several WEs and can vouch for the quality.

Another to consider is the Stedemon SHY series. True Kwaiken style at a great price.

Even cheaper than the WE and still probably better than the Boker...
As you can see, I'm skeptical about Boker quality.
