Seriously Stunning Opinels!

I'm a huge fan of Opinels and prone to modifying mine into easy open drop points. Customizing your Opinel is about as traditional as it gets.

Last night, I stumbled across the following blog from France (all hail Google). Words just don't do this guy's work justice, so don't be put off by the French. Just look at the pictures. All I can add is that I'm now terribly embarrassed that I've ever posted pictures of my own paltry mods.

I've always kinda felt that the Opinel folder was an excellent platform for modifying and these examples are truely stunning. I don't think it would be too much to ask of Opinel to offer jimping and finger grooves as options, but I suppose performing these types of mods yourself is half the fun.
