serragations how do you make them

i was ondering if their was a easy way to make serrigations at home on handmade knives
or should i send it off to be done?

You can either do it the hard way, by hand one serration at a time with a rattail file or a dremel moto tool, or you can buy a rifling file from Jantz Supply,1-800-351-8900. They're $23 or so. They carry them in several degrees of fineness, ie.. lines per inch. They would also be useful in checkering a handle. Take care and God Bless! Michael
