Serrating my Urban Defender

I just bought a TOPS Urban Defender off this forum from Bill Siegle, how can i serrate half of the blade and possibly the a portion of the spine of the blade??

Who can i send it to to do this.

I serrated a SAK for someone once...I used a pencil to mark where I wanted the center of each serration to be, started the cut with the edge of a triangular file, then finished with a round file. Worked like a charm!
