Server dumped my contacts/emails etc...

First off mods if this is in the wrong section please let me know and I will move it. Just to let everyone know, my server (which ive had issues with the past few months) has DUMPED all my emails, contacts... everything. MOST orders I do have written down, but there are a handful that likely slipped through.

If you have an active order with me PLEASE CALL so I can confirm. I kind of like talking to my customers anyway.

May I make a suggestion? If you use a client other than GMail, export to GMail so you have your address book in more than one place. then in GMail export a .csv file to wherever you store your documents (create a folder called Backup and save various items for BU there) and also make sure you do BU BU BU. One BU on and external HDD should be kept off premises. Next is you like, from GMail you can also print a listing of all the contact info which could be a lot of printing depending upon the size of your client list. You can always create a group for clients and have either another group of just left off the first group to handle other email addresses. When doing business, it is so important to keep lots of files backed up in different ways.
