Server Trouble

Had some yesterday when I was on a 56k connection, now that Im back home on my dsl line things are ok. But Ive noticed the forums have been a little more finicky lately. Wonder how long before we have more probs. Too many things about khuks to say I suppose, or maybe just too many khuks:D :eek: :rolleyes:
 
Saw somewhere the other day that Spark has new servers on the way. Should be a big improvement the way I understand it.
I don't recall whether it was in Whine & Cheese or the Support Forum, anyway shouldn't be too much longer.:D
I can't hardly wait as I have had problems the last few days too.:grumpy:
 
I usually get my posts to go but sometimes they are so slow I have thought of coming back later at night.:eek: :)
 
The new servers are being built right now. That's servers, plural, and the new system will be far more powerful than what we're running now and it'll be easy to upgrade -- as Bladeforums continues to expand we'll just add more servers. In the meantime we're continuing to tweak things to try to keep the overloaded old server running, but in a couple of weeks or so we'll be able to restore avatars, inline pictures, etc., and maybe even add some new features -- soon we'll have more speed and power than we'll know what to do with.
