A good friend of mine who used to work for the Val Verde County Sheriff's office wanted a 4 knife set for his kitchen. We decided on the standard 8" chef's knife, a Santoku, boning knife, and of course the ubiquitous paring knife. Paper towel grew a set of legs on the pic of the boning knife, didn't notice that until I got home and started editing the photos! There are some who, apparently, are horrified at the thought of placing a brand new knife on a rock to photograph it. If this offends you, I am not sorry. 1084 chef, 1095 santoku and paring, 52100 for the boner. Mesquite wood handles, black G10 liners. I like to concentrate on edge geometry, you can just make out the sharpened bevel. Thank you for looking! Always taking orders if you're interested!
