Set of 4 kitchen knives

A good friend of mine who used to work for the Val Verde County Sheriff's office wanted a 4 knife set for his kitchen. We decided on the standard 8" chef's knife, a Santoku, boning knife, and of course the ubiquitous paring knife. Paper towel grew a set of legs on the pic of the boning knife, didn't notice that until I got home and started editing the photos! There are some who, apparently, are horrified at the thought of placing a brand new knife on a rock to photograph it. If this offends you, I am not sorry. 1084 chef, 1095 santoku and paring, 52100 for the boner. Mesquite wood handles, black G10 liners. I like to concentrate on edge geometry, you can just make out the sharpened bevel. Thank you for looking! Always taking orders if you're interested!

I will never understand photobucket. The photos displaying right now are not the edited versions. The ones displaying are the photos that were DELETED, and the edited/saved ones are not showing up. But for some strange reason, it has been my experience that later today, maybe tomorrow, the edited and saved photos that look much better will magically appear. For example, the photo with 4 knives should have been rotated to have blade tips pointing down and to the left, not up and to the left. All 5 photos were rotated and adjusted for lighting. Edited pics are not showing for me right now, but the deleted ones are being shown. Let's see if later today the pics are corrected.

the photos look good now, ive had same problems with photobucket. Its weird, might have to do with your browser cache. Beautiful knives,

Thanks for the compliment, Tim! I cleared my cache, but the pics are still not oriented correctly for me. The top pic, for me, even on my Iphone, is still showing as tips oriented up and to the left. Should be rotated 90° counter clockwise, but it isn't for some weird reason. Also, the raw pics have "blue" blades on them from the sky reflection. After editing, they look more as they should, but they aren't showing for me. I'm going to start using a different hosting site. This happens every time with photobucket.

Great looking work, I really enjoy the kitchen knives you put out. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you so kindly, gents! And sure enough, today the photobucket hosted pictures magically appear as they should. Pretty strange!
