Chuck once again your collection amazes even the most educated of knife enthusiasts. I am endlessly enthralled by your vast collection of broken horns. My hat is off to you!

Please take your seats gentlemen; oh, and flip 'em if you've got 'em.

Speaking of which, "Save, Click!", I hope it's ok, but I have a vast collection of pictures of all of your balisongs. I have much more pictures of cool balisongs than I could ever hope to own.

Mostly for reference, for my own collecting abilities, but I have never posted any pictures that aren't mine.

If I happen to post your picture in the future, when refering to some specific feature, I hope you don't get mad that I don't give you credit.
The fact is that I have forgotten who's balis belong to who.

Thanks!!

Every now and then I find one laying around here and say, "Where did that come from?" So, it's entirely possible that if you posted one of my pics, I wouldn't recognize it. Just don't remove my copyright notice, please. Otherwise, feel free to save them and use them for your personal reference. That's fair use under US copyright law.

(My great fear is that I'm going to loose track of a balisong that someone sends me. So, as soon as they arrive, I put them in a a big envelope with the person's name and address on the front and a note about what I'm supposed to do with that one, evaluate it, photograph it, sell it, etc. I haven't lost one yet and I don't intend to.)

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoy seeing a few of these fine Pabu balisongs. There are still two available on my site.

If you look at the big version of this picture you can see a bit of the variety of damascus steel that is possible. The one second from the right is a file blade made from a file.

I think Microtech or Benchmade needs to produce a damascus like that.

What I'd like to see is a high-strength brass handled Benchmade Balisong. It would cost less(cheaper raw material) and have that nice heft of brass.

Believe me, there's nothing weak about any of these balisongs. Heavy brass and tough blades are the order of the day. All Pabu knives are made to be used.
