Bernabe is a great guy, and he does some really cool leatherwork. He makes all sorts of things. This sheath design actually started out as a Tibo sheath, and sometimes I carry a Tibo in it, but it also suits a few other knives I have and i think it suits the esquire especially well.

I've been carrying an Esquire in mine also as I'm still patiently waiting for the scales for my Tibo to be finished.

I think it is quite serendipitous how it turned out to fit the Esquire so well. But I'm having some wooden scales made for a Tibo, and i am having some special pocket sheaths made for the Esquire and for a Babyboot that have dragon scale tooling, but these two with no belt loop or pocket clip. They are being made to be more like something a very well to do Hobbit who had seen some things might have tucked away in a vest pocket :)
