Hi all,
Here's the deal: I am kind of even embarrassed to be selling this, but I would like to buy another knife, and the budget for knives is getting thing around here...
This knife is ONLY MEANT TO BE SOLD TO SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO TAKE ON THE PROJECT OF REANIMATING THIS GIRL!!!!
Seriously, I messed this knife up, but know it can be brought back to life by a competent knife tinkerer (NOT ME).
I stripped it and messed up by using a dremel, so the finish is rough at best. The dremel marks are not deep, but I don't have the equipment to make it shine.
I was chopping some wood and didn't realize there was a NAIL in the wood. I kept chopping not realizing I had taken a 1/8" by 1/16" ding out of the blade. The edge is shot beyond that, as I kept chopping without realizing I was hitting a nail. (the nail DID NOT survive this torture, for what it's worth).
The handel on this basic7 is in great shape and the sheath is really nice. I got the sheath with the knife and it's really a solid, comfortable, well-made one. Not some cheap POS.
Here are some pics:
I will accept paypal or MO, and shipping is priority with DC and insurance.
Honestly, I am not sure what to ask. I am going to start at 150.00 and am willing to consider REASONABLE offers. CONUS ONLY. No exceptions.
Please pm or email me with questions. I am willing to take other pics also.
Again, THIS IS A FIXER UPPER, but I believe it's worth it. It would take too much effort and money for me to do so, but Ban could do it up right...

Thanks all,
Brett
