Terrill,
The only two places I have found are eBay and The Leather Crafters Journal. I also wanted a Tippmann put the cost was to much for the wallet. I found a used singer 29-4 for sale in my price range. It has done all the sewing I have asked it to do. But be careful with the singer, this machine has been made a long time.
