Finally had some time to get this baby up and running. A... mildly... refurbed Juki LS-1341 industrial cylinder arm.. Have been looking for a long time, and finally found one that needed (more than a little) work but was well below market cost, which is insane.

I've torn it down, build it back up, and am dialling in all parameters with a high yield Juki "engineer's manual" that I located. Found a lot of good info on the Leatherworker forum, too (users Uwe and Wiz have amazingly informative posting histories).

I know cpirtle cpirtle and Lorien Lorien have machines (Chad's shop pics show a gaggle of 'em... drool!). Even if a widdle biddie hobby machine (undoubtedly very masculine, of course!), post 'em up!

That's a heck of a machine man! No idea what you have in it but I would love it in my shop! For what it's worth, Juki has had a number of cylinder models over the years but their cylinder arm is what all of "the other" cylinder arms are based on. They are "Juki Clones".. all of them have stemmed off with their own improvements to the design so they have diverged quite a bit but the base system is mostly the same.

I have two actual Juki's, neither is a cylinder type, but they are rock solid.

Good score! Let me know if you need any pointers

that lil machine would pair nicely with this big ole hog
