Just got this amazingly beautiful badboy hanks to a great friend!!! I've been after a satin NMFBM since the start of my Busse sickness.... Glad to be able to check it off my list l, and puts a huge smile on my face! Enjoy!!

So typically black canvas micarta looks greenish. This one is grayish. Is it black paper micarta?
 
AFAIK, the Shop did not offer Black Paper on these. The layers and texture look like canvas to me. Black paper looks more homogenous than that.

I have not seen black paper that looked like that either. Usually it has a polish to it and you are right there is no texture look. I guess it must be where the black canvas is being procured from. All of the old mistress were black canvas and all of them have a greenish look to them.
