SFNO choices?

I'm considering a SFNO, but I have questions about the grips. How Thick are the magnums vs. the SFs? I like the look of the rounded edges, but I'm worried that they may too thick. I owned one of the NO-Es but the grip height made it uncomfortable in anything but the foil grip.
Currently I swap out between a Combat Raven and a M10 Bayonet what would the handle be like in relation to them? The Raven is .220 stock so I'm guessing that The NO with thinner grips would be pretty close.
I also saw that there was a NO with .270 stock. Any comments on that would be appreciated. In fact I'm leaning heavy twards the thicker version with SF scales.

Thanks

Hey Spatha, I ordered the SFNO with magnum handles in the last days of July and have had it for about a week now. I haven't had it in the field yet but I can't help picking it up every time I walk by. I was lucky enough to get a fat NO and I very happy I did. I like the heft of the .27" INFI. I had never held the .22" but I am confident this is a better fit for me. So to address your query...I have the Fat NO w/ magnum handles and really like the fit in my hand. I have medium sized hands, maybe a little on the meaty side. The middle swell in the magnum handles really fills my palm nicely. Your question is a good one and one I should have posted before I bought. I just upgraded because it was such a nice knife to begin with...why not?! I feel that when I use a forward grip, the front swell in the handle again fills what would have been empty space. When I choke back I actually like where my thumb lands on the front of the middle swell. I believe I read that the magnum handle at its widest point was 30% wider than the SF handle but I would be they are thinner at the thinnest points. I have never held the standard SF handle for comparison. I hope that helps(?) Whatever you decide...it is an amazing knife! :D

I really like mine,,I have medium/large hands and i really like the way the handles feel on my Outlaw, I have the SF Magnum handles,, they may look a little awkward when looking at them in a pic ,,,but they really feel great.

I knew that name sounded familiar! Let me know what you think of the handles on your knife

i had both. the magnum handles were very secure for thrusting, and faux tactical applications. for every day use i prefer the standards.
