Somebody (not me:( ) just got a great deal on one that was on that auction site, and at less than $400, it sure wasn't the seller.

Worst was LVC's FBMLE that sold less-than-retail a few days ago. :(

Blade-week is a good week to get deals when rare stuff goes up for sale.

If I had even NOTICED that SF, I'd have bid on it. I never clicked the link. Just assumed it was yet another HR. Whoops!

Personally, I'd rather not know about SFNO's for $400..

Livin' in ignorance is such sweet bliss...

"The seller ended this listing early to sell to the high bidder(s) at current bid price."

Hmmmmm....

.

That Silent Knight Proto on there is something worse losing sleep over.. :D

I wonder which Hog snags that beauty?

"I do not remember the model... Your chance to own a collector piece."

Uh-huh! So, the seller doesn't know exactly what he has, but he knows that it's a "collector piece"?

I always thought SFNO stood for satin finish. Or is it special forces? I don't think I could tell a NO-e from a SFNO.

Figured that someone here would know why that SFNO dropped off feebay early. Wanted to track it for the 2 + days it should have been up to see where its $ stopped, but there are still that PBF proto and the set of 4 BASIC's.to watch. Part of what is interesting about this and similar sites is witnessing the extremes to which the collector/fanatic will go to get his piece(s) of unobtanium (most recent use: 'Fox' MULDER) as indicated by the price he is willing to pay. That and those who seem to want either 'all of them' or at least one of every color combo and/or configuration. To each his own. Whatever floats your boat. Etc. Pete
