SFNO LE pattern blade!

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to let you know that I am sending my SFNO LE to Stuart (sbranson23 here) for some sweet leather pants! I let him know that he is welcome to use my blade as a pattern blade in case anyone else wants a sheath without the hassle of sending him their knife!

Here is a sheath he made for a NMSFNO:

That is a nice clean well shaped sheath....but what keeps the knife in place so it does'nt fall out?? I would welcome a close up shot of the knife in the sheath showing what keeps it in....there seems to be a leather band at the back??? Does this work on friction?
 
I already have an NMFBM sheath of the same design and it is a friction fit around the handle. It seems extremely secure and works quite well.

Just to be clear, it is a SFNOLE that is on the way to Stuart. :)
