Sg2?

I've been really impressed with the SG2 in my Ti JYD II. What other KAI knives have used this steel and will we see it in future models?

It's slicing steel, that's for sure!

There was a SG2 blur. Short run and hard to find. I have the JYD and like it alot. Some day ill find the blur to test out. Those are the only two I know of.

Probably not what you had in mind, but since you did say KAI models, the old Shun Elite line of kitchen knives and the Shun Reserve line that replaced them both use SG2.

As far as folders, I don't know of any besides the two already mentioned.
