Sgian Dubh

Been thinking about getting me a new Sgian Dubh. I have been looking at the Cold Steel culloden and mini culloden but cannot make up my mind.
Question is - is the culloden too long for wearing in the sock? My feelings are - it may be, so I'm thinking the mini culloden is the one.
If anyone has a culloden and could tell me how comfortable it is when worn in the sock in the manner of the highland dress I'd be grateful

If I remenber correctly, my last Special Project catalog from Cold Steel said that teh mini was outselling the larger Culloden, so they were discontinuing the large one. If you want one - that's good & bad news. You should be able to pick one up at a discount - if you can find one.

I have the larger one and it is ok wearing in the sock provided you have boot socks (or kilt hose) and keep them up close to the knee.

I hope to get a mini as I think it would be a better choice.
