SH Aneversary user pics?

I wasn't able to score one at the "Blood Bath" but I tried to get one to be a user. Has anyone used theirs yet? Pics? Reviews? Thanks. :thumbup::)
 
I'm not using the SE. If I want a user I'll wait for the general production run.

Including mine.

I've even got a custom or two...which I also can't force myself to use.

But you just wait until the production run comes!! I'll beat those little devils like they was two dollar.....well, you get the picture. :(
 
I totally forgot about the production run. Well that changes everything. :) Please disregard this thread. ;)
 
Oh wait. I'm gettin a 5B and a 5D. 5D is a safe-queen for sure. But provided that Garth didn't make the G-rex black/black-red handles TOO thick, it's gonna be a user.

Bussecollector has enuf to make one a user too. LOL
 
I scored a 07 SE ASH-1 that I will be using. I'll let you know how it stacks up once it lands. Anyone been hit on the CC yet????
 
My 5B's been paid for for over a week. I'm hoping it's in - and into a log - tomorrow. Will post pix when that all happens.
 
It's good to hear other people are using the SE pieces. Seems like a waste to let such nice pieces turn into safe sitters, but that may be because I don't have the extra change to have safe sitters :) I want to know what how the FSH SE does, and if only there was an AK47 SE............

FYI the black / black-red handles are PERFECT thickness for it to be a user.

I have two on the way but no action yet, they said 7-10 days a while ago (about 7-10 days) so hopefully very very soon :thumbup:
 
I'm using mine. If I use a Busse, I generally keep it. If I leave it mint, I'm usually tempted to sell it at some point. Means more to me anyway if it's got a few well-earned scratches.
 
I plan on using mine. No use getting it if it's just gonna sit in a safe. :D

Got a 5B. I like the feel of the thick G-10. Very comfortable. But if I want to use one these ASH-1's. I'm gonna have to buy another. This one stays clean. Don't think it would be the best chopper though, handle heavy. Balances behind the talon hole.
I bet it makes a great all around user nevertheless.
 
I won't be using my SE or the Custom Shop 5B, I am waiting for the cheaper and less rare regular production ones so I can add my own thick hand shaped black linen micarta handles. I even have the micarta alreadywaiting. I do have an original SH-1 that is a user to tie me over. :D
