For those that have 'em... for a purely user blade, would you grab one of these or tough it out for the FSH?? - especiallly directed at any that have actually handled the FSH...
I hate to beat up a collector but have a sincere need for a good SH INFI user in this size category.

Thanks,
Bill

Hey Bill, as a member of the "old school" I vote for the SH SHII in INFI or better in A2! Yup, Wet has ruined me for the new stuff:D The cost is not all that different if you find the right user, and I suggest you go with a pre-loved model with the scratches already done. It makes it a lot easier to put it to work.:) And its a bit cheaper too! And I think theres a couple for sale right now, and there might be some that arent advertised if you put a "wanted" add out ya never know what'll happen.:D

I would not hesitate to picjk up an SH SHII. As a matter of fact, I know where you can get one that would make an excellent user. Drop me an email and I will be happy to discuss what I mean. :D

The SHSH gets my vote as well. John's bead blasted one would make an excellent user as I plan on giving the same treatment to all my smooth coated blades. In reality the new fusions are probably a year out right now. If you ding up a bead blasted one all you have to do is get it re-blasted, but in reality the users were only slightly less than the unmarked blades. Probably around $25 or a little more, but never more than $50. You'll lose very little if any if you resell after using it.

I'd also pick a straight handle over the ergos as the blades on the SHSH's are massive compared to the ergos. Ask anyone who's handled them side by side. Dwayne can answer that one real well.:D

Go for it, you really can't go wrong.

Rob

SH SH all the way - plus, buy it right and you will get your money out of it and maybe even make some !!
