How long or how many Steel Heart Variants did Jerry produce during the Ergo handle era? Like this group of variants of Erics.

It might be hard to say. I have two queenies that are very close to the second and fourth down in Eric's picture. I know another guy that has an identical one to one of mine...and as far as I know he beats the hell out of her;)

The first one I remember is second one up from the bottom in that picture. IIRC, it was called the Crown Butt variant, and it spawned a lot of phone calls to Jerry:D
 
My favorite SH-E variant is Rick's puzzle ZT variant. :thumbup:
I never tire of seeing that one.

I liked the clip point FSH variant at the last Ganza but at .32 it would be too heavy for my preferred use. Was there ever variants on the standard .25 FSH like that?
 
I don't know the answer to the question, but I have three here. I like the SH variants. There seem to be quite a few, but all unique in their own ways. :thumbup:

Hmmm...I gotta re-photo the snakeskin one, it looks washed out. :o It was another SH variant sold alongside Rick's puzzle ZT variant at the BLADE2005(?) show. :)
 
Very nice trio Jaxx, I like that theres no rear talon hole on that first one. It seems there could be few out there.
 
Have one like the 2/4th in Erics picture. Not nearly as pretty as most here cause I use mine. Demo at the Indy 1500 if you buy the ammo can ;)
I'll even use my SHBM or Leaner if you show up with that:eek:

For the record, this one was first sold at Blade 2005, with a couple of brothers. I've never seen pictures of any of the others since the show.

I'd love to say that I scored this at BLADE in '05, but I got this from Pietrzakp on the X back in early '07.

The "2-layer Micarta" is dovetailed together, the tan micarta is "wormed" & the snakeskin micarta is of course, hand shaped. :thumbup:

The SH Variants are some of the best and most abundant on the market.
