Well, it seems that I gravitate toward sage as the coating color of choice for my users that aren't stripped, CF or some form of satin. I was just looking through some of them and thought I would share all of the different shades of sage that are in my small collection of the color. The bigger blades like the KDSH and Rucki got left out of the group shot, so I am showing some older shots of them.

Here's some of my current ones, there's a couple missing from this shot though.
ASHBM that I scored at Blade '12, catching a free card for this made an awesome memory for a first time Blade attendee!
Basic 11, an asym ground by the Bossman himself as the story went.
MMD bought it strictly since sage & black canvas was an option.
ZTSH Terror Monkey variant, the lighter color appears to be some sort of sage/tan, I don't think it is urban grey? Oh well, the handles almost qualify for the color either way.
Skinny ASH1 sage & black canvas, these should be offered again someday!
KDSH's & Rattlehawk shade differences although the Rattlehawk & MO kdsh have since moved on since these old pics were taken.
Rucki, Rodent Solution, Scrapivore and NMSFNO, the Scrappy and NMFSNO were my two most recent scores, I couldn't pass up that linen tigerhide!
So who else likes sage?

John's post above is no slouch for a matching set... eight blades all in sage & black canvas is pretty sweet and makes for a dedicated collector! Good job JTT and thanks for the contribution! :thumbup:

I don't think I've seen that before. This is why I love threads like this, you never know what you might see pop up to improve hog fu!
