finally saved enough to get one! Wow, looks better and smaller than I thought which is what I like! Now next is one of Piters' sheaths. Know how much they are ??

I got a shadow III a while back and I too was very surprised at how small it is. But it sure grows on ya! Without a doubt my favourite knife. I really like the sheath on it though and rate it as the best CRK sheath available. However, what is this about a replacement sheath? Got any pics? Must be good if it is better than the original.

yes, I also thooght it was not that small but when I tried it, I wanted it! Threads about PiterM have been on the forum and his fabulous sheaths in kydex. Maybe you can do search.

Mine came with a Gfellers leather sheath. It is very comfortable to wear for EDC and the fit was great. As far as the knife goes, it makes you want to use it and use it for hard use. I cut open a refrigerator box with it and accidentally sliced the concrete ground with it. Other than a small nick, the knife was razor sharp after a few swipes with a Triangle Sharpmaker and the nick was bearley noticable. One strong knife.
