Shadow IV info please

Does anyone know anything about this type of shadow IV?

it only has one guard and a pouch type sheath. i havent come across this before. have any of you?

This can be "special" ordered.

It is a single guard Shadow IV and the sheath can be provided in exchange for the snap one at no cost.
