I’m trying my first shadow pattern I’m using 1/8 micarta for covers 1/16 g10 for liners 1/8 416 pin and 1/4 416 for my washers. So for my question when drilling for the washers should I drill down to my g10 liners or should I drill only into the micarta maybe .030” then epoxy? Would drilling to the liner cause any problems as making the pivot area weak?
