Shaka knives

Hi, I'm still looking for a source of Shaka hunting knives, handmade in Zimbabwe. I posted a message back in 1999 on the same subject, but, no replies.
Anybody got any ideas now?

I never heard of them, came across a post (may have been yours) and checked Google, with no real results.

Maybe someone from the UK could find a supplier over there.

Thanks for that, they're hard knives to find. I believe the manufacturer has gone out of business. Partly to do with the political upheaval in Zimbabwe, apparently. I have come across a couple of sources in the US before but they've dried up.

Yep, saw that one Greg. Not the type I'm after. The types I want are the Hebel Hog and the Columbian Necktie. Thanks anyway.

I used to have Shaka knife. Bought it from the guy in Toronto, who claimed to be a distributor. It looks kind of like persian style fighter. I later gave it to my friend. He is not much into knives and if you are really interested in buing it,I can ask him if he is willing to sell. Alex.
