Shane Sloan Delta folder?

Over the weekend I came across a Master Cutlery/Shane Sloan Delta V folder at a flea market a few miles outside of town. The knife I saw was crudely made (in China), but featured a bolt-action type of mechanism which was surprisingly tight. By that, I mean there was no bladeplay in any direction and was fairly easy to operate. I had seen ads for this knife in recent issues of Blade magazine, but I was wondering if there is a custom version of this knife? Also, does anyone have any additional info on Shane Sloan?

I did a search for a pic of the folder, but I could only find it on BudK's notorious website:

Shane Sloan lives in Newcastle Texas and only sets up at three show. They are the cutting horse shows in Ft. Worth. He is there this week and maybe next. He designs knives for Master Cutlery and a few others.
