Shapton glass and Shapton pro stones

How long do these stones last? I know it's relative to the kind and frequency of sharpening you do, but just compared to other stones... do these guys dish/wear at about the same rate as say.. norton water stones, naniwa super stones, nubatama stones...etc?

They are much harder than all the stones you listed, more like a ceramic stone. For most sharpeners these stones will last many years.

The softest stones in the pro lineup are the 320 and the 1k , these are still significantly harder than many many other stones. And as Jason said , should give the average home sharpener years of use.
