Hello All,

I just concluded work on a Persian influenced Scimitar and thought I would post a few pictures. There's a more complete description on my website at
http://www.acremetalworks.com. Cheers, Fuad Accawi

Great work Fuad. Really exceptional. I bet that was fun to make. Nice sword.

I am stunned. The fit and finish is just superb.

I have no doubt the balance is 'just right.' :D:thumbup:

That is beautiful work.

I am a little disappointed. I clicked on your website acremetalworks.com in the hopes of finding that it really was located in the city of Acre, and I could come for a visit, and see it in 3D. Oh well.

I hope to see more pictures of your work in future posts.

Thank You All again,

I will be bringing this sword to Blade Show Atlanta this coming year-hopefully. I am delivering Sharaf Acca to the buyer tomorrow and I have been told that I will be able to borrow it for Blade, and to have it professionally photographed. Thank You All once more, and I hope to see you soon.

Many Thanks,
Fuad

P.S. Sorry about not residing in Acre Shaldag. I would welcome you and everyone else in my shop in East Tn. though.

You dont even need to like that style of sword to be stunned by the simple beauty of it...the quality of craftsmanship it displays is breathtaking.

I'm Blushing,

Sharaf Acca is with its new owner now. I always wonder with every piece I make what the future holds for it. I would love to know the story of its life, its owners, where it was used and when. Eventually everything is lost in time to use, careless abuse, or the fervent heat at the end of time. It would be nice to know the story.

Cheers,
Fuad
