Victorinox 3 knife set. I like the 10" chefs knife and the carving knife best, from these.
The paring knife has the same handle as the bigger two, so it's not that handy as a parer.
The Henckels santoku is much harder to sharpen, but doesn't really seem to hold an edge better than the big chef's knife.
The bread knife is a cheap Chinese one, which I only seem to use annually. It's good enough.

Next batch:
Wife's cleaver; she uses it for everything. It's a Shibazi and she paid pretty penny for it.
A couple of inexpensive parers, mainly used for cutting up fruit. (Victorinox and Henckels)
The big red one is a sandwich knife. Long with a blunt tip for getting to the bottom of the mayo jar, but sharp serrations for slicing the sandwich without smashing it. I never seem to remember I have this when I'm making a sandwich though...
The little green one is a proper paring knife.
The serrated red Zyliss one, I mostly use for tomatoes. It never fails me and never gets dull.
The black Zyliss is my cheese knife. I can pull cut a slice toward my thumb or use the serrations on a cutting board.
