My buddy picked the shark from the picture posted for the southeastern knife show
I bought the shark and couldn't walk away from the asp at the show.
I took these knives to a party recently and just layed them out.
Everyone who picked up the shark held it like a dumbell and said fk yes!
It's heavy and everyone wanted to know if it could get heavier.
The weight, the color, the shape, the pin placement, everything was complimented.
He ended up taking the shark and I was relieved. I love the shark too but the asp speaks to me somehow.
Sadly, I won't be able to photograph the shark anymore, until I get one for myself. It's a hit!
Maybe someone can tell me what that wood is, even the seasoned burly bowlsmith at the party couldn't guess. It's burl right? Crazy beautiful.
