Anybody have the Canal Street Canittler, or RAT railsplitter? The sheepsfoot blades on mine are almost reverse tantos, the curves are kinda sharp, angular if you will (much moreso on the RAT). Not a problem, yet.

I have Schatt & Morgan railsplitter and the blade on it is more like a coping blade than a sheepsfoot, too. I kind of like it though as with just the edge of it, you can make some very precise cuts.

I think next to my cattleknife this may be may favorite. It feels at least as good in the hand as my sowbelly and perhaps a little better.

Agreed. I have the exact same knife and it is solid and flawless. The main blade spring is pretty stout. One of my favorites as well. As I mentioned before, the typical sheepsfoot blade is more like a large coping blade and I think I like it better for jobs such as scoring surfaces and detail cuts.
