sharp things and flesh

I guess I should have known better:eek: cause when I took my 42 off the edge-pro after I brought the edge up to a beautiful mirror polished razor edge that would scare any normal person (the key word here is normal)I started flipping. My index finger kinda got in the way during a twirl, and we all know what happens when flesh meets extremely sharp things that are in motion, it wasn't to the bone, but I won't be using that finger for awhile. Nice clean cut though;) One more thing, don't ever do this in front of your wife cause you'll never hear the end of it.

Man I've been there.......:o

I practiced and practiced with the blade taped up. I've got it down, take off the tape, call the wife to watch my 'beautiful' manipulation and cut the sh!t out of myself.........:(

That was years ago and she still brings it up! :D

been there...recently I've become extremly fond of super glue it allows me to get back to manipulating immediately after an injury.

Mine stopped asking questions after she first noticed all the scars on my hand when we were first dating and I just casually replied they were "knife wounds".... Since that didn't scare her off, I decided to keep her. :D

My girlfriend of 17 years thinks it's funny when I get cut??? Should I analyze this more closely....lol????? :(

My wife was a little upset when my son forgot the Tachyon was Manila style and did a job on his index finger. But, the silver lining was no problem with ordering the 40T for him. She even said get two. Now I have to get another. ;)

So, you guys are saying I should be looking for a chick who doesn't mind the sight of blood, maybe even gets a chuckle out it? And this whole time I was all concerned with honesty, loyalty, compassion and all that crap. Thanks for the tip!! :D :D

And it's not just the slight of blood she also must tolerate the constant click-clacking (which finally drove mine mad).
