sharpen counter tac

Okay I know dagger style knives are not really meant for cutting but I can't help but wonder if I wanted to resharpen a counter tac how would I. I'm looking at buying a counter tac. With that funky blade geometry I have to wonder how would you sharpen it?

What's so funky about that blade shape? Sharpen like every other knife, one side at a time.

I believe its a chisel grind. I usually grind the other side of my chisel knives so its a regular edge becasue I have never had any good experiences with chisel grinds.
