Need help. I was clearing some shrubbery with my Waki and hit some stones. Upon inspection of the blade I noticed a few small chips in the edge. What would be the best way to sharpen?
Thanks !

Best way? Belt sander.

Judging by the fact you're asking, I'm lead to believe you don't have one.

I would leave them in, its a very long blade, eventually through generally sharpening they will be worked out. Grinding out chips on a blade like the waki, you're going to lose blade height quickly.

Do you have a way to sharpen the Waki for maintenance? Blades like the waki cry for a convex edge. Mousepad and sandpaper in sections. A belt sander isn't for everyone.

Also, before sharpening them out, try steeling to try to move some of the metal back into place.

I have never steeled Sr101 though. Don't know it it is as easy to move back as Infi is.
