If you have somewhat steady hands then go with the Sharpmaker. I've tried all those you listed and bought the Sharpmaker. I must admit that I have since bought an Edgepro Apex and use that 99% of the time.
I use the DMT Aligner system. I had no luck with the Sharpmaker (probably more my fault than the Sharpmaker's!). Actually it's more a matter of personal preference - they all do a creditable job if you learn to use them. Good luck.
I am partial to the GATCO. I have trouble finding the less common hones in stores and usually order online. If that is an issue then I would reccommend the Lansky. I think it is carried in more stores.
I prefer the Sharpmaker to both the Lansky and the Gatco. Just more things you can sharpen on it, easier to setup and use, more reliable and consistent results, less chance of scratching the blade with clamps.
